What does the term "Factory New" mean?
Factory New products are genuine products purchased directly from an authorized supplier.
What does the term "Surplus" mean?
Surplus products are genuine, original equipment products that we have acquired that were never installed or used.

What if I have a contact kit or other part, but no part number or nameplate information?
The best thing to do is take a picture of the part and email it to us at roman@aaron-steel.com.
How quickly are items shipped?
Orders for items placed before 3:00PM EST are shipped the same day they are ordered.
